This year, the Taste Pépinière 2017 by Darégal has reinvented itself once again in Milly-la-Forêt, the hub of the Culinary Herb world.

A complete immersion into the visual, olfactory and gustatory wealth of our Culinary Herbs, this unique research centre shows once again the full extent of our 100% natural varieties.

Our dedicated Culinary Herb panel of expertise, the Darégal Herb Sommeliers, will be thrilled to present all of our new varieties and to accompany you in the search for new inspiration. Come and try our latest additions, freshly picked or incorporated in our latest recipes, within our ‘testing kitchen’.

For this 4th edition of La Taste Pépinière by Darégal, prepare to discover our delicious range of Culinary Herbs for infusions such as Argentinian Verbena, Lemon Verbena and Agastaches. We’ll also present our different flowering plants with a focus on the Geranium family, which is used more and more in recipes and desserts, as well as our Mediterranean varieties such as Thyme and Savory.

For the first time this year, we’ve partnered with Koppert Cress, world leaders in micro-vegetables, with an area of our garden dedicated to 9 plants from the Koppert Cress range such as Purple Shiso, Tahoon Cress and Atsina Cress.

Composed of a wide range of new flavours, La Taste Pépinière 2017 by Darégal will naturally boost your creativity with new gustatory, visual and olfactory inspiration.
