Aromatic Herb Juices

A Darégal innovation, this is the first range of culinary herb juices – a ready-to-use smooth herb base that is free from flavourings, colourings and preservatives. Darégal’s juices are sold frozen so you can enjoy the same optimal taste and intense colours all year round to incorporate into your Fruit and Vegetable-based Drinks, Soups, Sauces, Desserts, etc.


The Chilli Collection

After three years of research Darégal has selected five varieties of chilli from the 37 types studied. They are: Poblano, Jalapeño, Serrano, Cayenne and Habanero chillies, selected for their diversity of colour, taste and heat intensity. The new Chilli Collection will bring original culinary solutions and a variety of flavours to your recipes.


Pépites de Sauce

Our new ‘Pépites de Sauce’ nuggets have been developed to be compatible with industrial processes. Crumble and sprinkle them as a topping that looks, smells and tastes delicious.
